Former professional dancer in Australia & Internationally, Desirée is a BAL qualified Ballet Teacher with a Cert IV in Performing Arts & Physical Conditioning.

Desirée has performed as a backing dancer for artists Robbie Williams, Smashing Pumpkins, Silver Chair & Indigenous Australian Band Youthu Yindi, worked with Australian choreographers such as David Atkins OAM, Kelly Abbey & Juliette Verne (AKA JET), and travelled with Aurel & Sachiko Verne’s ‘A Touch of Paris’ Cabaret Show.

Desirée discovered XTEND as a client & was instantly hooked by the strength & conditioning focus, hard controlled work out, combined with funky music beats! Plus, the XTEND technique & philosophy helped support her knee & ankle injuries from years in the industry, and more recently, her recovery from pregnancy pelvic floor, regaining strength, posture, health & wellbeing.

Desirée brings an energetic vibe to every class she instructs. She loves giving clients a great work out while also sharing the XTEND method & her knowledge of the body through physical strength, conditioning & movement with clients.
