Jo’s love of fitness spans multiple countries and styles. From a career as Flight Manager in the skies to training Mums & Bubs outdoors in Singapore and Sydney, Jo has always loved fitness and dance.

Her first XTEND class preceded an interview for a Receptionist position, and now has ever-expanding roles to include XTEND Instructor!

Keeping her mind and body happy and healthy is key and after one class of XTEND, Jo knew it was for her.

XTEND covers it all – toning, cardio, strength, balance, posture, flexibility and that mental break we all need.
