Karlyn has been dancing since the age of 4, She graduated ED5 International School of Musical Theatre in 2012 and since then has gone on to perform overseas for the last 7 years as a Dancer, Aerialist and Instructor.

She has performed for the Ringling Brothers Circus (USA), Celebrity Cruise Lines, Theatre shows at Ocean Theme Park (Hong Kong) and India dancing in Bollywood movies and television commercials.

After returning home she discovered the XTEND workout, which gave me the best of both words “Dance and Fitness” and I was instantly hooked.
