THE STUDIO
One of the first XTEND locations in Australia, the Mosman studio has been situated in the heart of Mosman Village since June 2012. This beautiful boutique studio is on the corner of Military Rd and Civic Lane (above Mosman Design Store) and is conveniently located just steps from Spit Junction and seconds from public transport to or from Sydney’s CBD.
XTEND Mosman is unique in the XTEND network as it features a second space that exclusively offers Fhiitcamp classes (High Intensity Interval Training) in addition to the signature XTEND workout, Sweat, Circuit 7, XTEND Stick and XTEND Pilates. Owners, Liz and Adam Nable, are longtime franchisees in the network and are extremely proud to play such an integral part in the community, and in helping their clients and members make positive changes in their lives.
